Scan Manga respects intellectual property rights. Copyright owners or their authorized representatives may use the process below to report content they believe is infringing.

Submitting a notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or an authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list when multiple works are covered.
3. Identification of the disputed material and enough information to locate it, including the exact URL.
4. Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, their agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or an authorized representative.

Review and action

We may request missing information before processing a notice. When appropriate, we may remove or restrict access to identified material and notify the responsible party. We may also act in response to repeated infringement.

Counter-notice

If material was removed or restricted by mistake, the affected party may submit a counter-notice identifying the material and its former location, explaining the objection, providing contact details, and including statements required by applicable law. Independent legal advice is recommended.
